Job Summary:

As an Estimator, you will play a crucial role in analyzing plans, specifications, and proposals to prepare accurate time, cost, and labor estimates for our products and services. Your expertise will directly contribute to the efficient management of our projects and customer satisfaction.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed estimates of time, materials, and labor for jobs and present proposals to prospects.

  • Review and process contracts, submittals, and closeout documents.

  • Schedule estimates with customers, ensuring convenience and timeliness.

  • Source materials, issue purchase orders, and manage project budgets effectively.

  • Conduct audits of installers and fabricators to compare actual hours against estimates.

  • Assist in the collection of payments in alignment with contract terms and company policies.

  • Oversee project management from initiation to completion, ensuring quality and timely delivery.

  • Coordinate with crews and oversee job site activities as necessary.

Qualifications:

  • A college degree is preferred.

  • 2-4 years of related experience in estimating or a similar field, or an equivalent combination of education and experience.

​

Language Skills:

  • Proficient in reading and interpreting construction plans, safety rules, and procedural manuals.

  • Capable of writing routine reports and effective correspondence.

  • Strong verbal communication skills, with the ability to clearly convey information to customers and team members.

​
